in home economics we made some potato fritata's they were nice but they could have been better because we accidentally stirred the egg when we were meant to let it sit so it pretty much turned to scrambled eggs they tasted good but we needed places to work and improve on thats all here are some pictures
Hi Ricci. Good to see your photos. They certainly reflect your comment about stirring the egg instead of leaving it to set. This shows that you are thinking about what you are doing and how to correct any errors you make.
