Scones Science

 Draw a chart to record your findingAim: We had to look at different kitchen ingredients and their effects
Recipe1/2 cup of Edmonds flour, 1 tsp Edmonds baking powder or 1/4 of baking soda2 tsp of butter2 cups of milk

Materials1. Bowl. 2. Milk3. Baking soda or baking powder4. Flour5. Cup6. Butter
Type of scones1. Normal2. Lemonade3. No milk 4. No baking powder

Ingredients
1. 1/2 cup of Edmonds flour,  1 tsp Edmonds baking powder  or 1/4 of baking soda 2 tsp of butter 2 cups of milk 


2. 1/2 cup of Edmonds flour,  1 tsp Edmonds baking powder  or 1/4 of baking soda  2 tsp or butter  2 cups milk  and lemonade 


3. 1/2 cup of Edmonds flour,  1 tsp Edmonds baking powder  or 1/4 of baking soda  2 tsp of butter  but no milk


4. 1/2 cup of Edmonds flour,  1 tsp Edmonds of baking soda  2 tsp of butter  2 cups of milk but no baking powder 




Process

1. get the bowl and get 1/2 a cup of flour and pour it in

2. then get 1 tsp of baking soda or 1/4 of baking powder

3. then get 2 tsp of butter

4. now get 2 cups of milk

conclusion 

1. Normal one came out golden but very dry.

2. With the lemonade one, some of it was gold and the other       was white, and it was disgusting

3. The no butter one was like the lemonade one. it was gold and the other was white. But it was a bit doughy.
